1. Who We Are

Axii ("we", "our", "us") is an AI-powered sales automation platform that helps businesses find, enrich, and reach out to leads. Our platform is operated by Grit Digital Media, IT, and Marketing Agency. For privacy-related questions, contact us at agritbamijoko@gmail.com.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

  • Account data: Your name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Campaign data: Campaign names, target niches, locations, and outreach settings you configure.
  • Lead data: Contact information, company details, and AI-generated insights about leads in your campaigns.
  • Connected account data: When you connect your Meta Business account, we store an encrypted access token to pull leads from your lead ad forms on your behalf. We do not access any Meta data beyond what you explicitly authorise.
  • Email provider credentials: SMTP passwords and API keys for your email provider, stored encrypted using AES-256.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate and provide the Axii platform and its features.
  • To pull leads from connected Meta lead ad forms and insert them into your campaigns.
  • To generate AI-powered lead scoring and personalised outreach copy.
  • To send outreach emails on your behalf using your connected email provider.
  • To improve the platform through aggregated usage analytics.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.

4. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Meta Business account to Axii, we access your lead ad forms and lead submissions using the permissions you grant via OAuth. Specifically, we request access to:

  • Your lead ad forms and the leads submitted through them (leads_retrieval)
  • Your ad accounts and campaigns (ads_management)
  • Your Facebook Pages (pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list)

We only use Meta data to deliver the lead syncing feature you've requested. We do not sell, share, or use Meta-sourced data for any other purpose. You can disconnect your Meta account at any time from Axii's Settings page, which permanently removes your access token and stops all data syncing.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure infrastructure. Sensitive credentials including email passwords and Meta access tokens are encrypted at the field level using AES-256 before storage. We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Anthropic / Grit AI: AI inference for lead scoring and copy generation. Only lead context is sent — no personal account data.
  • Tavily: Web search for lead enrichment research when you choose to run deep research on imported leads.
  • Your email provider: Your SMTP or API credentials are used to send outreach on your behalf.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Disconnect any third-party integrations (Meta, email provider) at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we permanently delete all associated data within 30 days. Lead data from Meta is retained only while you have an active campaign connected to that Meta account.

9. Cookies

Axii uses only functional cookies required for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Axii after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
