Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of all data Axii holds about you.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All campaigns and campaign settings
  • All lead data including contact details and AI insights
  • Your connected Meta account token and all synced lead data
  • Your email provider credentials
  • All outreach history and interaction threads

How to request deletion

Via the app

Log in to your Axii account → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This immediately queues permanent deletion of all your data.

Via email

Send a deletion request to agritbamijoko@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.

Meta-connected data

If you connected your Meta Business account to Axii, you can revoke access directly from Meta at any time by going to Facebook Settings → Security → Apps and Websites → Axii → Remove. This immediately revokes Axii's access to your Meta data independently of your Axii account.

Alternatively, disconnecting from Axii Settings → Meta Ads → Disconnect removes your token from our systems and stops all data syncing immediately.
